PocketChef hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PocketChef mobile application (the "App") solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App for any other purpose or transfer the App to any third party.
The App is owned and copyrighted by PocketChef. PocketChef retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any part of the App, except as expressly authorized by this EULA or Terms of Use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or attempt to derive the source code from the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. PocketChef does not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that the operation of the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
PocketChef shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.
This EULA or Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of the United Kingdon without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
This EULA or Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and PocketChef with respect to the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and PocketChef.
PocketChef reserves the right to modify this EULA or Terms of Use at any time without notice. The User is responsible for reviewing this EULA or Terms of Use periodically for changes. Continued use of the App after any modification shall constitute acceptance of such modification.
